Purchased for my son for Christmas, he has used for less than a month. It won’t turn on or charge, nothing. Never again.

Normally my husband (IT guy) writes these reviews, but I wanted to write this one. We are currently starting the new 2020-2021 school year 100% virtual. My daughter (5th grade) has used Chromebooks at school for a couple of years now. My son is younger (2nd grade), and this is his first experience with them.

I use my computer all the time for work in a bar environment, social media, shopping, nothing too crazy and this is perfect.

I really like this laptop. We use it for online school and it’s really easy to use. My 9 year old has no issues navigating it. I like how it’s lightweight and quick to charge. Overall it’s a great laptop for light work. Wouldn’t recommend it for gaming.

This was a gift for my partner. I set it up for him, and added the apps he wanted. This version of the Chromebook was easy to set up. The hardware seems sturdy, it survived a long road trip and a few air travel trips.

This is great for students, and online based work. The screen is sharp and has good color. The speakers are loud! Keys have a bit of texture so fingers can grip. Keyboard feels normal(I have medium to small hands). Touchscreen...works(its a touchscreen). It does not get hot, wont burn your lap. Battery last over 8 hours and it can be charged with a USB C. Dont expect a powerhouse, working with graphics and playing games is out of the question. But if all you need to do is data entry type work/school work, watching videos etc, this is a great value for the money. The portability and battery life is a huge plus. Would purchase again.
