I order laptop from my daughters account, after plugin no lights no charging, I run small computer repair business, I know little bit about computers, I used my testing power supply and other option to reset machine from keyboard but nothing works, no replacement options from Amazon other than return so I did return, I am not able to reorder the product due to 01 per customer.

For example, this computer should have a thunderbolt USB-c port. Second, the screen is kind of terrible.

Laptop did not turn on or recognize power source when plugged in. Looks like a nice expensive paperweight. The laptop was received in a large cardboard Box commaxe come up about twice the size of the product Box. Possibly damaged during delivery because there was plenty of space to bounce around. After looking at reviews it seems that this power issue is a common issue for this laptop.

Son uses it for gaming

If you are looking to use a laptop for playing any type of game this will do it for you, as long as you have it plugged in. When on battery I can still play some less intense games. I use it to edit videos and use it for work doing inventory control so I can say I need it but when the boss isn’t looking im on steam.

Got the item and doesnt even work on arrival. packaging was horrible dont buy!

The case is great, super slim and modern. The keyboard is only red, no customization. Keep having an issue with the audio driver. Will randomly stop all audio output and will tell me no audio device installed. Good for games like minecraft and roblox, but seemed to get choppy with Stormworks.

Everything was ready to roll out of the box, very easy setup and zero issues; minimal packaging and fluff. The kid was playing Minecraft with RTX shaders on it within 30 minutes of unboxing.

My son loves it I got it before the price went out of hand it was a good value
