I may be biased or underqualified.... as my laptop I am upgrading from is 8 years old and was not a gaming laptop. This thing rocks! Definitely a massive upgrade from my Dell Vostro 3558 with a Intell 5500 UHD graphics card (a pretend graphics card).

I like it but the charge battery becomes too hot

It’s a really good laptop. It can run so many games! I play Valorant, Minecraft, OW and more and I haven’t came across any issues while gaming. I also use it for school when I’m not playing anything. I suggest having it plugged in while using it/playing, other than that, everything is gooood, I’m really happy with it! :D

I already have upgraded the ram and NvMe drive and added a SSD and now its more beefy

Its a great laptop for gaming and streaming. Battery life is the weakest part. I only manage 2-3 hours.

Bought this item 2 times for a Christmas gift. Both times it would not power on!!!! Junk!!!

This is a great entry gaming laptop for my 12 year old who will be 13 next month. The colors and graphics are great, he loves the lighted keyboard, and this definitely has a bit of weight which contributes to the sturdiness.

I ordered this gaming laptop so that my son (9) and I could play online games together. This was a Christmas gift. It DOES NOT WORK. It will not turn on, charged or uncharged, while plugged into any of three different outlets, all of which work for other devices. Basically, I was sent a $1000 non-functional device. This is unacceptable at best and my son is DEVASTATED. I cannot begin to express how upset I am with this.
