The ocmputer is really good, its fast and reliable, I bit big so not amazing if you are used to smaller portable pcs but definetly still able to be carried easily. I have not run into any issues with this computer.

I took the i7 with RTx 3050 version, 1TB. I already have MacBook Pro, but I bought this because I just need it for gaming (no HW, projects, or anything) JUST for gaming! I played cities skyline and Counter Strike, and I didn’t face any problem. I really recommend to buy the same version that I have if u want a laptop that can handle strong games (COD, FAR CRY etc). And talking about the RGB keyboard (the version that I have cannot change the color, even if you go to NitroSense App - ONLY RED)

The screen artifacts on day one were just about constant, and over the days got even worse- and no matter what I did to the settings nor any drivers I downloaded, they never got fixed. These were not trivial; they could go across the entire screen and really distract. While I didnt use the laptop for gaming, I was a hardcore gamer years ago and knew had I gamed with it the absolutely atrocious screen would have been unacceptable. This was by far the worse laptop and computer screen Ive used in over 20 years, and thats even including ones that were used for years before I got my hands on them! I had to get a refund based on the terrible screen. I almost certainly got a defective unit, as Id think people would be up in arms near unanimously had they gotten what Id gotten out of this laptop. Still, this was my experience- and if it happened to me, it could happen to you too.

Be better with a stronger battery then the one that comes with it but other then that no problems even does vr well

So on the first shutdown i selected the update and shutdown option. The next day on Startup i was stuck in the Nitro 5 bluescreen loop just google it. And i had to basically wipe the HD and start over. This is pretty embarrassing for Acer. The second major issue that sticks out to me is the mouse they give you in the bundle. The geometry of the mouse forces your thumbs INTO the thumb buttons and forces you to hit them all the time. They must be trying to give these things away to get rid of them. I havent tried playing any games yet since i basically wiped any download progress i made the previous day. Ill update in a few months to give some further insight to this Laptop.

The quality and feel of this laptop is definitely top notch, also the performance for gaming which is what it was intended for is great. Unfortunately the battery life is just horrible. I bought it as a Christmas present and Ive been told that it has to stay charged to the wall when in use because how has it depletes battery.

Highly recommended! Great quality, came fast and well packaged. Got it for my daughter to start streaming and for games as I do myself. Its a great alternative to a desk top gaming pc. I love it and got it all set up, accounts and all, for her. Most importantly she loves it!
