> 3 dayPlease dont be like me, looking at all the bad reviews and thinking that is a problem with that specific laptop or a problem on their end. Its not. It stutters about every 15 seconds going from around 250 frames in a game to 7. This doesnt just freeze your game it also stutters your audio as well. Im going to resend this and replace it if that one has the same problem I will update with this review to state so if it is fixed I will also update this review.

> 3 dayCon. Okay so I ordered this laptop for my daughters birthday. So on day one I told her it will not turn on till you charge it so first thing she did was plugged it in and let it charge a few moments later we powered it up and my daughter was super excited so she went on to download a game she likes to play online. So the next day she goes to play the game and the screen froze shortly into the game so first thing was to wait to see if maybe it was lag but after a minute or so nothing still froze. Mouse didnt move so next I pushed alt, control, delete. Nothing so the ESC and nothing then the windows key. So I powered it down and powered back up keyboard lights up but no display so I hold the power key down for 15 seconds nothing. So I decided to power down again and power up and nothing but the keyboard powers up. So I this point Im upset and my daughter is super bummed after being super happy and excited a moment ago .so I called costumer support and they let me know that my computer is under warranty and it can be taken care of but I get cut off and Im running late for work so I decided Id call back after work. So I called again and talked to costumer support again so went through the same conversation and then they said they could refund my money or replace it I optioned for a replacement they said ok but because of the price there supervisor would have to ok it I said ok so after about ten minutes on the phone the till me that there supervisor cant ok the transaction that they have to wait for the morning supervisor to do this I said fine and that I would be contacted the next day....... Well its been so its been 4 days and nothing Im starting to feel scammed by Amazon for some reason. So in my opinion stay away from this laptop and DO NOT BUY ANY Electronics from AMAZON.

> 3 dayEverything was working perfectly until I started gaming on it. Was playing Apex when it started to blue screen of death on me. All drivers, and updates were installed. Apex was being played on low to medium settings and the laptop would still crash to blue screen. I do not recommend a 3050Ti 4GB. The other components seem to be good but maybe this was a lemon.

> 3 dayThis laptop is an excellent PC for the cost. The performance is better than most desktop/laptops at similar price. There is no delay in loading videos or games and the visual quality is better than expected. I play Runescape 3, Lost Ark, Rust, Destiny 2, Apex Legends, etc in ultra with no problems at all. My only complaint is the storage and ram. I will be upgrading those soon. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a budget gaming laptop.

Greater than one weekThe screen flickers like an old tube TV attempting to get a station. Attempted to deal with Amazons customer service to trouble shoot and was passed to Acer. Worked with them for 3 weeks and even shipped it to Texas with a VIDEO of the issue. Got a letter back to say they couldnt replicate the issue but replaced the screen. Turned it on myself and within 30 seconds of it idling it was back at it. The customer service was absolutely horrid. Never again. Wasted time and energy on a plastic piece of garbage.
