It did not say that this laptop was used, it came with scratches and since i live outside the us i cannot request a refund really disappointed

I got it in black friday for near 650$. For that price its just super laptop.

This is the best laptop that Ive ever owned! Ive maxed out the RAM at 64GB and added 2 more SSDs (2TB nvme & 4TB SATA) and Im having a blast... so far Ive only had time to install a few games but the graphics are excellent and gameplay is very smooth, not choppy at all. Definitely would order this laptop again in a heartbeat!!

Bought this for my son to game with. He loves it and uses multiple apps (Discord, Chrome, his games, etc) while he games and talks with his friends. He brags of this all the time. As an IT Professional for nearly 30 years I give this product my professional approval and recommendation to my clients to purchase it.

Screen flickers when playing mildly graphics-intensive games. These games (Total War Warhammer II and others) worked just fine on my 2016 laptop and the screen did not flicker. The screen then continues to flicker in other screens outside of the game. It is nauseating, and would be dangerous for people who are susceptible to seizures. The fans are very loud as well.

We are using this Acer Nitro 5 laptop for streaming church services. We run the external camera into OBS, where we transcode 1080p to 720p, and live stream to YouTube or Facebook, while simultaneously feeding the OBS virtual camera to Zoom, and recording the service locally in Zoom on the laptop. There is no noticeable fan noise. The laptop doesnt even break a sweat!

Nicely bundled machine great price for all you get. WIN 11 is abit irritating but will come through that.

The lit keyboard is worth mentioning; it will stay lit for up to 30 seconds then goes dark. Cant set it to stay on. This is not a laptop to play on in the dark. The MSI Stealth laptops with the rainbow keyboards are far better, all other things being equal.

Me thinking I need the fastest processor, and graphics, but after starting school i couldn’t use it as daily use for assignments an stuff, battery wound last not even 3 hours without charge, so if you was to game then it’s good if not then don’t buy it just to watch YouTube and open your bank account!

Corre todos los juegos a más de 75 fps, las temperaturas no se me hacen exageradas, el único punto negativo fue que la cámara dejo de funcionar y no la detecta, fuera de eso muy buena laptop.
