> 24 hourImagine my 10-year old son’s disappointment when he saved up $1200 to buy a gaming laptop and it finally arrived- excitement high- only to find the piece of $hiY didn’t even turn on. Very very disappointing and just sad for my son. Thanks, Acer. Buy elsewhere if you’re a consumer reading this.

> 24 hourThe battery life is a joke and the audio system is weak. The screen is nice and it can handle high-quality graphics/visuals easily. But its not worth it for a battery that doesnt even last 3 hrs in battery saver mode.

> 24 hourI was looking for a good gaming laptop since I have no enough time or room for a desktop PC and after searching I found this laptop. I am not planning to use it for very powerful games since I already have an XBOX Series S, but it works better than expected. Fast, comfortable to use and it does the job.

> 24 hourIt works great for 1 year. Then as soon as the warranty is up it breaks. Buy the extended warranty. No way this is product will last more than 2 or 3 years. Will definitely buy a different brand for my next laptop purchase.

> 24 hourComes with a cable to add a 2.5 inch ssd or hard drive, but not every one is compatible and Acer refuses to give a list of which ones are compatible. Completely useless if you want more that one game installed

hi
> 24 hourBloatware on this device. Was not interested in Norton and when tried to remove could not due to application error. This is a problem with the Image Acer uses to load these in the factory.

> 24 hourI made sure it had backlight keyboard. Yes, it has one, but shuts off every 30 seconds and NO WAY to keep it on or change that length of time. Stupid feature, so you are always having to hit any key to turn it back on. The most annoying feature ever.at. Worse yet, the keyboard is hard to see in even low light when it isnt lit up. The backlight keyboard, while true, is misleading. Would never have bought this computer if I had known that.
