No response when asking for warranty info

I got this about a week and a half ago, it worked amazing, even better than I expected, but after a few days, it started performing worse, it was doing whatever I wanted it to, like recording games at full HD quality, and it has just gone down hill since, I dont know why, its not overheating, I even got it a cooling pad, it first benchmarked 69th percentile three days ago, and today it benched 44th percentile, Im really confused and wouldnt really recommend this to anyone, and if it keeps dropping in performance I want my money back and ill buy a desktop.

I purchased it for a young man who broke his last laptop and needed a good replacement. He is very satisfied for what he uses it for and is just head-over-heals pleased with its performance.

If you are planning on buying this product the nitro an515-54-5812 this unit starts off great but just after warranty expires it dies for no apparent reason whatsoever.

El equipo es muy bueno , tiene características que son inigualables para el precio por el cual se vende, muy rápido y la pantalla es tal cual lo describe, ahora lo que me da inconformidad es la calidad del material, se que es un equipo de bajo costo en comparación a los otros equipos gamer de alta gama, pero el material de la carcasa, siento que es pobre, se ve como plástico de muy baja calidad, me hubiera gustado que fuera un material mas refinado, siendo un equipo de una marca de renombre como es ACER.

This product is amazing and I haven’t had it for long or ised it much but I love it!!!

Have had this computer since 7/20 and it has been in for repair three times. I still have not received my daughters computer as it is still in Texas on the third repair. Even going through the factory repair suggestions and procedures, I still dont have the computer back. My daughter is heartbroken and need this for school. 750.00 dollars down the drain in my opinion. I would look elsewhere for a more reliable machine. You have been warned.

Poor build quality. It just comes off as disposable....like diapers. The keyboard back light didnt work. It is a cheap computer...it is what it is.

The loud fans can be a little annoying. I play the sims 4 with a good bit of cc and mods and it definitely heats up and has a lot of fan noise. Also it’s pretty heavy but overall it plays fine with high graphics otherwise, lower graphics might help the noise and heat.

The laptop is very stylish and nice although in some games it begins to lag. The display is also very good. The only problem is the battery life is 2 hours while gaming and it sucks.
