> 3 dayPros - awesome performance, awesome size, awesome brightness (a little TOO awesome), awesome features Cons - colors are a bit weird to look at (at first) had to adjust settings for a few days to get used to it does NOT come with an HDMI or displayport cable (just the power supply one) a bit slow to display things when changing settings[ i.e. alt-tabbing] (could just be a me problem) conclusion - still worth it, gimme those sweet sweet frames, baby!

> 3 dayI liked to general functions of it and its brightness was fine, it was really lacking in the gaming department though, I ran valorant on it and it had a constant rough display of video. Wouldnt recommend for fps gaming.

> 3 dayWhen I ordered this, I did so for one reason and one reason alone: price. It was the single cheapest monitor in its performance class, at just a smidge over 200 dollars (on sale), and I dont regret that purchase. Since this was such a jump in performance for me, I did have to buy a new DP cable to actually use it, but thats a mostly non-issue. What was a minor issue, however, was how it came calibrated out of the box. It was set to a cool color profile, something not specified anywhere on the description and the box. Why? Again, this isnt that big of a deal and the menus arent TOO egregious to navigate so it was a easy fix, but its kinda weird. Either way, been using it for a few days now and Im absolutely loving it. So sharp and responsive! Happy to call this my first QHD monitor.

> 3 dayThe image, colors and all that looks really good, mostly if we consider that it offers you a lot of things for a low price. However, the main and only issue (so far) is the ghosting. I don’t know why but the ghosting on this monitor is more than annoying, to me at least. I don’t know if it is just mine that came defective or what, but I have tried (almost) everything. One of the few things that helped a little was setting the monitor to 60hz on windows. However, if I wanted to play at 60hz then I would have bought another monitor… probably a cheaper one.

> 3 dayFirst things first this is a very nice little 144hz monitor. Yes, this is a 144hz monitor. People in the reviews seem to be oblivious to the fact that you need a DP cable to reach 144hz. A HDMI will only get you to 60hz. On top of this, PS4 and Xbox One only play at 60hz. If youre buying this for console gaming, dont bother. The amount of questions/reviews I saw asking about these issues was absurd, so hopefully I helped clear that up for anyone confused. Now to get into the pros/cons... Pros: - The price. I bought this for $169 ($192 after tax), which seems like a fair price. - The speakers are actually surprisingly good. I mainly use a headset, but its nice knowing that the speakers arent absolute garbage like other monitors - PC gaming looks great. 144hz is a game changer, and the screen quality and resolution is exactly what youd expect. Cons: - The bezels. After using the Scepter 165hz monitor I was shocked to see just how large the bezels are on the Acer monitor. To give an understandable comparison, if the Scepter monitor is the iPhone X, the Acer KG241Q is an iPhone 5. - The monitor stand. Holy cow this thing sucks. For one its super bulky and cumbersome. Secondly it is completely static. You cant move it side to side or adjust the height. Adding on, you can BARELY adjust the angle of the screen. The screen either stands up completely straight, or you can rotate it maybe 15 degrees tops. Super frustrating. - Overall the monitor feels very cheap. From the stand, to the input buttons, it feels like a top of the line monitor from 5 years ago. Overall this is a good monitor. Its 144hz and it works, so in that regard buy with confidence. That being said, my Sceptre E255B-1658A is so much better in so many ways and it is the exact same price as this monitor. My brother also has the Acer XFA240 ($199), and if you have an extra $20 to spend, I recommend that option instead.

> 3 daybought it, set it up, liked it for about 5mins until i decided to watch some anime and noticed that the screen was unfocused almost like it wasnt refreshing fast enough, so i checked setting on my pc and the monitor turns out it isnt 144hrtz so dont waste your money on this product, also for anyone wondering the ACTUAL HERTZ FOR THIS PRODUCT IS 70.00 HERTZ, If you were buying this in hopes to use as an actual gaming monitor like i did DONT it aint worth it. I can promise youll be dis-satisfied. (P.S , the seller better hope the wrong person doesnt red flag them for FALSE information, I know i should but, Ill be nice.)

> 3 dayI loved how it has a simple build process. It has pretty good picture and response time. The monitor advertisement all over the internet isn’t sure if it’s 50-70 hz or 144 hz. Truth is on PC and overclocked it will be 144hz on a console 50-70 hz. It’s still a good monitor for the price.

> 3 dayVery good gaming monitor. I purchased this when it was on sale for 144 bucks and it was a steal. One of the best monitors out there I highly recommend it. Only bad thing I can think of are the buttons on the actual monitor and the fact that it doesn’t have a USB port. Update- I brought another 32 in acre monitor so now this one is being used as my second monitor and it’s been a year and still no problem

> 3 dayI bought this to replace an 1080p 75hz monitor. The higher resolution and frame rate is awesome. I can really tell a difference. Its also nice using the monitor for work. The higher resolution allows for more information on my screen making me more productive.
