This thing is a beast whipped out my i5 desktop in no time looks like its gonna replace it the way the games run I never seen that quality out of gta v forza 4 is on ultra at 90fps cinnabench scores 3011

had it for several days now, its a nice machine. runs my games very well.

I have had no issues with this laptop, it works just as well as day one despite traveling the country with me. For video games, I can boot up any game and play it no issues, except maybe needing to lower the graphical settings. It has had no issues with adobe, music, and development software. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is there are more pricy laptops that preform better in newer games, but for the price you wont find better.

First off let me start off by saying that this was my first gaming laptop purchase ever. I did a bunch of research and finally settled with this amazing cpu. I couldn’t wait to receive it...until the day came which was today. I quickly opened the box and as I kept on opening I starting to question “Was this laptop used”? And to my surprise yup it was used, I suppose the previous owner didn’t like it so they returned it and Acer decided to push forward with sending an unsuspecting customer a used laptop that I completely paid money for under the pretenses of me knowing that I was expecting a brand new fresh out of the box device. I’m very disappointed VERY! ESPECIALLY AT THE PRICE THAT I PAID!

Ive had this computer for 3 months. The first one came with the screen completely busted. I called amazon, who told me it was a manufacturer issue. Called manufacturer, they said its an amazon issue. Finally got a replacement and now after 3 months, I already have a dead pixel in the screen. Thankfully I bought the warranty, but come on ;~;

I have no issues playing games like overwatch, among us, guild wars 2, dead by daylight, and sims 4 on this laptop. Overall internally really great and proud of purchase.

What it claims to be - a very capable gaming laptop. But oh man...what Im most impressed with is the Acer customer support (never thought I would say those words). After about a month it stopped booting up. They didnt waste my time - just had me check a couple of things, then sent me a FedEx shipping label. Dropped it off at FedEx, they fixed it and sent it right back. It was a dead SSD, which they replaced without any hassle. So, happy day! First time Ive been pleasantly surprised by tech support!

It’s really worth it cause back to 12 years I got acer laptops 1.2k. Now I can got 1.3k with nice graphics and gtx 2070.. I haven’t crashed play games thanks for this amazing laptops
