Very Good Laptop So Far

We bought this product a year ago and my wife told me that the front edge of this laptop will shock you. My son makes sure he wears a hoodie so he doesnt shocked. I was unaware of the problem until a few days ago. I dont think its safe for him to use it. For the cost of this laptop Im very disappointed

The screen broke the first week I got it, when I put about 3 pounds of pressure on top of the closed laptop and shattered then bled until the whole screen was unuseable. I sent it in for repairs under the manufacturers warranty, and after going through all that, they literally sent it back to me without a word and said they wont repair it. Ive since connected it to a computer monitor but still had numerous issues with it, and clearly it was a defectively manufactured laptop that had loose components including the screen placement.

Like most folks getting a gaming laptop youve spent countless hours comparing specs, reading reviews just like I did before buying my Predator. What I liked best about the Predator-i7 processor,the 144HZ monitor, and Geforce 1060 video card, these items were not available on any other competitors laptops. These are also items that are not easy or impossible to upgrade at a later point. The lower points were the smaller hard drive and ram. both those are very easy upgrades. The hard drive was a smaller 256GB SSD. After a dozen games installed from Steam i was running low on space. So $100 later and I now have a second 1TB SSD. So far the 16GB of factory installed ram has been sufficient for most games I play. As this is my first gaming rig, I cannot compare it out to something else. However, if you are looking for a laptop that plays PS4 quality games, you cant go wrong.

it gets warm playing games i have the marks on my legs to prove it and you cant upgrade without voiding the warranty but its a really good value and ive been really happy with it and you can upgrade after 2 years and i highly recommend the assurance insurance

I use this computer solely for recreational activities and have abandoned my gaming desktop for only work related things. I can stream anything, from any site, without a single issue. All of my Steam games work well, from casual games to recently released FPSs. Its a big big and a bit heavy, but that feels like a good trade off for the screen size, resolution and power. Battery life is good and I dont seem to have the overheating issues others have mentioned here.

Can’t use it. No power cord included.

I wanted to like this laptop. However, the heating issues are irredeemable and I’m returning the laptop.

Wel presented, quality built, easy to use, screen really clear and good colour representation, track pad not bad but also not great, very happy with the purchase

Having issues with this laptop that I am trying to address. I wrote a full review, but then misclicked and lost what I had typed, so for now, I will just say this: The screen is wonderful. The battery life not so much. Issues while gaming that wreck the experience, though while working games look great on this laptop. Having drive reading issues and issues causing games to freeze and force you to power off the laptop.
