it gets warm playing games i have the marks on my legs to prove it and you cant upgrade without voiding the warranty but its a really good value and ive been really happy with it and you can upgrade after 2 years and i highly recommend the assurance insurance

Laptop looks great! Runs amazing! So far so good! Bought a 1TB SSD to put in it as well! Wasnt hard to install at all! Recorded all of it and will be up loading it to my YouTube. TacticalFlakes

Loved this laptop while it lasted but after 2.5 years it completely died in the middle of me working on orders. It’s been plugged in and after replacing the plug it still won’t shut on or even make noise. So dissatisfied after the price of the product and it’s longevity.

Dont buy this product. It overheats and slows down to an unusable degree. It was fine for the first few days but then I couldnt even browse on the web. I used it for easy Lightroom and Photoshop photo editing tasks and it couldnt even handle that. My desktop Ryzen 3 performs better then this terrible machine. Why have all the power and not fine tune the heating issues, Acer? Dont waste your time. If you need a work station, stick with building a desktop computer.

Have had this for several months now and LOVING it!!!! I don’t use it for gaming so can’t speak to that, but needed it for the high end graphics card and processor speed for my graphics programs. The storage is relatively small, but can be expanded so not worried about that much. No complaints at all. (Except that I’m a 50-year old woman who looks like a teenage boy with this thing LOL!)

I bought this laptop expecting it to function properly, but i always get random FPS drops for no reason... Sent it back to ACER twice and they couldnt find any problems and kept saying there is no problem. Worst customer service ever and you have to send it to Temple, Texas for repair... The only place to repair in the whole U.S. of motherf****** A. Seriously dont buy this...

Great gaming laptop. This laptop has a great processor and graphics card that supports extreme graphics workloads and extremely fast FPS. The only downside is the laptop pretty hot extremely fast. I’ve tried different thermal paste’s and adding laptop fans to keep the temperatures low however they have yet to do so. After an hour or so of gaming my laptop heat throttles at 96 degrees which is too hot and can damage the components. Great specs but this mode gets too hot.
