17-11-2024I have had this laptop for two years and I would definately recommend this if you are looking for a budget entry level gaming laptop, especially for VR. I game and do basic movie editing and music production.

Greater than one weekVery good gaming laptop, preforms very well. Although be aware that some games may throttle so I would suggest downloading something like intel extreme tuning utlility or and undervolt. It can run kinda hot and so toning down its power usage helps a bit. Not faulting this laptop because of this, because its an inbuilt feature to protect hardware. I might look later at the thermal paste and see if its on properly but for now this helps a bit. Other than that, the gaming laptop has been doing quite well. I just would recommend buying about a 2 tera solid state for gaming storage and a cooling pad to help with heat.
