Update 2: The video card is dead again, going to see if I can get it repaired by Acer.

Perfect laptop.... poor battery performance nevertheless I do not regret this purchase in the least.

I bought this pc at a huge discount during prime day. I needed a new laptop for work, and wanted a gaming pc to take with me when I travel. Figured I would get two birds stoned at once, as they say. After over a year of regular international travel (40+ flights) and almost daily train commutes, this pc still looks and performs like new. It is blazingly fast, and is capable of playing most all of the new games at the highest settings. Im sure that more hardcore gamers would find it lacking in some areas, but I have been more than more than impressed with its performance. It definitely needs a quality cooling pad to use when gaming, though.

The computer had an issue with the monitor not staying on, almost like an issue with the switch for the back lighting it would flicker on and off.

the laptop itself is top! But it is having FPS crash, I delayed to speak because I thought it was the game that was running, get other games but the problem continues, I believe it is some internal component, what can I do? I used the translator

Very good value. Powerful and can handle demandind loads for music production with heavy plugin use. It has anice feature where you can control fan speed and regulate the temperature manually. I like everything about this laptop except the battery life. Its terrible. I get about an hour maybe an hour and a half of life off the charger on airplane mode with lowest screen brightness and only running my DAW.

I would have liked having a gaming laptop that could actually run league with out thermal throttling so as to make it unplayable. Everyone else seems to loves this laptop but I will never buy from acer again.

This laptop is powerful and amazing, you can’t get any better for the price range. I’ve been running around 100 frames with the gpu overclocked to turbo in Fortnite with epic settings. The only problem I have noticed is the overheating, but I fixed this problem by undervolting the cpu. I recommend this laptop for anyone.
