Awesome laptop at an awesome price, cant get a better deal for the specs that this thing has

I was looking for a gaming laptop for my son. The Acer predator was the perfect laptop. Great screen 144mhz and fantastic specifications for the money. He is able to play every game he wants and has really enjoyed the laptop.

I bought this pc in December 2019, works fine, I use it for gaming as I travel and have downtime when Im not working. I dont have much issues in that aspect. Unfortunately one last month, 5 months after buying this pc, one of the prongs broke off when I was simply unplugging from the outlet. I take good care of my stuff, and I wasnt being aggresive removing it or anything but when I called acer about this and my pc being under warranty, they dont cover it as apparently it was my fault that it broke. Now take it as is, maybe the product had cheap manufacturing, or what not, but now I have to buy a new charger.

Its good for the price. It only has a SSD but it seems easy enough to add a conventional drive should the need arise. My only gripe is that there doesnt seem to be a way to alter the keyboard colors.

Black screen of death within approximately one month of use. Problems with international warranty. 6 months in, computer still doesnt work, and Acer refused to issue refund.

Awesome laptop for the price. Would highly recommend for gaming.
