Just got off the phone with Acers customer service, and easily the rudest person that Ive ever talked to in my life. After I told him that my machine wasnt powering up at all. He said it was a hardware issue. It was a course out of warranty, and it would cost $700 to fix it. The thing was less than 2 years old. Well I cracked the son of a b**** open in the back. Unplug the battery, started it and it came to life, pulled the AC put their battery cable back in, and its alive. So if you have this completely dead power issue, try opening up the back and disconnecting the battery, dont let Acer customer support scare you, it might just be an easy fix. Good luck, and shame on Acer for having impatient, and condescending customer support.

Works great! Can run WoW on ultra high settings with no lag.

I use it for gaming and video editing. It came fast and works very well. I ve upgraded by myself with 1tb. Runs very well every game

I replace my laptop about every 5 years or so and usually purchase HP. I thought I would try the Acer this time and load it up for using XPlane. I spend many hours a day on my laptop and the Acer has been very satisfactory.

Computer is great, but the battery life is horrible. Its apparently a wide issue that is all over, so do your homework. personally I will never by an Acer again as trying to get support is even worse. good luck.

First laptop Ive had that can run X-Plane 11 with a decent framerate. So far, so good.

Windows wouldnt start up correctly so I returned it but wanted it replaced. Havent heard back since, and it doesnt seem like Im getting it replaced. Waiting one more day then asking for refund, and will take my business elsewhere.
