We purchased 2 of these, at the exact same time. We have been trying to figure out why my husbands is so much slower than mine when gaming. Finally after checking internet and everything else we pulled the back off and my laptop has a western digital black hardrive ($150 to buy separate). Husbands is a generic POS that costs $35 to buy separately. Wish we had figured this out sooner! Both laptops were exactly the same price... expensive! But they are clearly not the same quality. I am super pissed that we got ripped off like that. Pay attention to what you get! Tried to contact the company to throw a fit but of course cant seem to be able to do that.

Easy to upgrade. Added another TB of NVME m.2 and 32gb of ram to the base model and it was much cheaper and probably better components. Runs 1080 low to mid in 144 frames in just about everything

The laptop came and I was completely satisfied with the performance, cooling, weight, size, and battery life.

Charged to 100% upon receipt. Turned it off. Turned it on in the morning and it was down to 43%. Amazon troubleshooting was worthless. Acer support closed on weekends.

Bought to play online game. Start up very fast and screen quality is excellent. Overall, this is a good computer.

I want to attest that this laptop works fine. I boosted the memory to 32GB ram and I added extra storage. I have no complaints as I believe it is the best one that I have owned.

I purchased the backpack along with the laptop. The zipper broke at first use. After returning it, I received a new backpack. Again, the zipper broke at its very first use.

Gaming experience was pleasant, 110 fps on warzone and handled everything just right. The issue was that no matter the configuration, battery didnt last for more than 1h 30min. Also, the fans were very loud and was hot all the time no mater the task.

Laptop is amazing

This is a pretty powerful gaming laptop. The laptop has an 8 core 16 thread i7 and an RTX 3060 Laptop GPU and will be great for gaming and productivity. The screen is an IPS screen so it is pretty color accurate so it should be decent for photo and video editing. The GPU is not the same as a standard desktop RTX 3060 and is weaker but should still be great for gaming at 1080p. Overall this is a really nice gaming laptop and is decent enough to be a main gaming rig for most people.
