First time buying a gaming laptop. 512gb isnt too much but luckily, theres a second sdd slot so just slap a 1tb sdd in and your set. 16gb of ram has been sufficient for my gaming. I usually just play warzone alot and it runs smoothly.

Overall impression its a great mid range laptop for the money. Highly recommend that you upgrade to 32G of ram first and foremost. Secondly I added a 2tb Samsung SSD along with another 2TB Samsung M.2 Drive. Laptop has connectors for the additional ssd slot along with one open m.2 slot. The laptop comes with 16g ( 2 x 8 ) so I ended up buying 2 x 16 crucial 3200 for a easy going price. Great PC, make sure you get yourself a cooling pad and you wont need to worry. Great build, CPU GPU.

I want to attest that this laptop works fine. I boosted the memory to 32GB ram and I added extra storage. I have no complaints as I believe it is the best one that I have owned.

I upgraded the 3060 version with one TEAMGROUP T-FORCE CARDEA ZERO Z330 1TB, and a TEAMGROUP Elite DDR4 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) 3200MHz PC4-25600 CL22 kit, the SSD NVME was not immediatly recognized, but I only had to give it NTFS format due to unallocated memory data, no BIOS settings needed for it to detect it afterwards, I have not yet tested its performance, but the screen has at least 350 NITs, overall feels very solid.

this laptop is a upgrade to the acer nitro 5 laptop i got back in December it just couldnt cut it for gaming while this thing has been running quite well since i got it my games for the most part have been running fine though i would recommend upgrading ram to 32gb depending on the games you play as some game configurations wont leave you enough ram but for the most part ive been quite happy with the laptop ive only had it for about 10 days so far

For a gaming computer when it starts games without restarting it works but for some reason which I can’t figure out it has issues

I was quite intimidated before I bought it as I’ve never owned a gaming laptop. It’s powerful, stays cold, runs flawlessly. Even the fans aren’t even that loud. I’d even consider it overkill for many games. For reference, you’d be running minimum 130 fps at max settings for rainbow six siege. If your hesitant like I was, it’s definitely a safe bet to go with the acer predator.
