> 3 dayThis thin laptop is a beast and weighs near nothing. Yes it can get warm while gaming, thats kind of obvious not sure why people are complaining about that when its meant for gaming/thin/a laptop. Ive plugged it into my 2560 curved monitor and it held its own like a desktop. Overall in love with this thing and hope it has some longevity in it! Highly recommend!

> 3 dayYou will need a extra fan because the computer get too hot and the cooling fans dont keep it cool. After a year the power cord wont stay in the computer slot. very poor design

> 3 dayThis slim and dense laptop packs a six core CPU that can turbo up to 5ghz, a 2070 super, and all the LEDs to light up a carnival into a laptop with a great screen. The heft and performance mean business, though the loud startup sound and fireworks display on the keyboard betrays a bit more whimsy. It can fill both niches nicely, as can it be a portable desktop replacement. I say portable, but at a very dense 5lbs (feels much heavier) and with a 4 hour battery life, its not a typical laptop. Between the low base CPU speed and the various max Q tricks used by the GPU, it can and does make sacrifices to allow for this portability. Most evident is the 230watt power pack, which is ridiculous for a laptop, but the GPU alone could draw more on the desktop, but upgradability is another issue.

> 3 dayPaid ~$1300 for this on sale from $1800 and got a quality machine for the price. I mostly use it for MMO gaming -- Elder Scrolls Online and Final Fantasy XIV. I play some twitchier games like Warframe and Pinball.

> 3 dayI got this laptop five months ago. From the first time I turned it on Ive had issues with the monitor and screen tearing on start up. Luckily that issue only happens when I first turn it on. Ive also had issues with any time it times out and the screen goes into rest mode or a dark screen it will freeze there and I will have to hard shut down the laptop. Then about 2 months into owning this laptop the wifi card died. Now 5 months in the USB ports have stopped working. Its possible I could have gotten a dud from the factory but my personal experience has been horrible.
