> 24 hourI received the laptop and immediately had issues charging it and keeping it on. Either an issue with the battery or charging port because it would always disconnect. Would not recommend purchasing off of amazon due to this third party seller.

> 24 hourThis thin laptop is a beast and weighs near nothing. Yes it can get warm while gaming, thats kind of obvious not sure why people are complaining about that when its meant for gaming/thin/a laptop. Ive plugged it into my 2560 curved monitor and it held its own like a desktop. Overall in love with this thing and hope it has some longevity in it! Highly recommend!

> 24 hourI dont like bulky thick laptops, this is great because its really thin compared to others, also it doesnt have too much led which i liked alot. It also has some minimal look. One thing I will say is the power brick, which is quite large and heavy, but other than that its a great laptop. I would love to see a type c charger from acer that we could purchase and use it for on this laptop. Will do a in depth review in 2 to 3 months.

> 24 hourWell, day one with this thing and I love it. So far Ive thrown apex legends on max settings at it, averaging 220FPS, runs league of legends at 300. The download speed is insane. I was able to download 7 gigs in 10 minutes with mediocre wifi.

> 24 hourI replaced my desktop with this as i travel for work a ton. well coming from a 1080ti to a 3080ti i thought it was be a massive increase in my whole existence. tbh it wasnt. laptop runs very loud and hot when gaming. if you need something small and portable it is a solid laptop for sure and ive been playing everything just fine. it auto sets everything to the highest settings but i usually try and turn stuff down to keep my laptop from combusting.

> 24 hourThis laptop is a beast. Gaming gets me 300-400 fps on normal settings and 120-150 on ultra. No video lag. The only issue I faced was with windows, but it is a different story. A lovely silent keyboard and turbojets fan would cool this baby down. This kind of laptop doesnt tend to be battery efficient due to the loaded CPU and GPU. If you are playing you have around 45 minutes once your parent shuts the braker down. If you are on a budget it is a great opportunity to get a gaming laptop. I do wish there would be more compatibility to update ram for the future since it is kinda a big investment and I would last it longer than 2 years. It is definnatly not portable laptop even though it is a laptop, this beast is a bit heavy. But you are purchasing this powerful machine for a reason right? not for business meetings. Great item and I would recommend it!

> 24 hourIf you purchase this laptop DO NOT use it on your lap or on a soft plastic surface. I had two and they both had the same heat problem. The bottom of the laptop would become way to hot to even touch and it would heat up very easy and quickly. you could of course run it on turbo and this would reduce some felt heat but be advised turbo is very loud. I am quite sure the bottom would get hot enough to melt soft plastic. At 61c or 141.8f a burn can happen in seconds. I love acer, i use a acer swift1 it has lasted me for years with abuse and its what im writing this review on. I cannot recommend the acer predator triton 500 knowing the risk associated with it.
