While this computer is very fast, there are some problems with it that I find irritaing. The keyboard keys are very hard to see in the daytime. The power supply connection is very poor and Ive already replaced the power cord once. It has very poor sound level.

Ive had many issues with this computer when it comes to recording music. The computer itself often glitches when I plug in an audio interface. And when Ive asked for help from Microsoft, they simply say it isnt their problem without providing solutions. Dont cheap out with this computer if youre doing anything other than browsing the web.

At first sweet screen, great size & easy set up…so I thought, two days later & windows still not loaded. Then when it did computer frozen on a repair screen. Called help desk twice & no luck. Too much work, help desk as for me to mail to them for repairs but brand new. I said no one want refund & they said no refund. Returned to Amazon.

The laptop is pretty tiny, the screen is perfect, the battery is good as well. But it constantly got blue screen and rebooted every day. Amazon cant help me with return it.

Honestly, I wanted to build a rig or a desktop, but I bought this, and I been so happy with it its so sleek and light. When I bought it I had no plans on getting it for playing games but if you get the model I got with amd ryzen 7 you wont regret it the only thing I would change is there was a version for a little more with more v ram but besides that I have a great computer really good programs, windows 10 or 11. best thing i bought myself in years and like I said Im able to play gears of war or the newest video games maybe not all of them but this is a really good laptop for the price

Wifi didnt work right out of the box

This is a paper weight out of the box. Started by shutting down while working and now won’t do anything. The company wants refurbish w/mother board instead of replacing. This is after about 2 months of using, purchase date was Sept 24th.

My Dells charging system failed - the cord kept falling out, then it quit taking a charge - while under warranty. After speaking to half of India I was told my warranty didnt cover that part. LOL, this is the 3rd Dell laptop with the same problem. So, after 20 years of buying Dells, I bought this ACER.

This little laptop is a breath of fresh air. We use it for school and online gaming. Everything loads fast and when gaming weve had few to no glitches. It is not a touch screen for those asking. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quick, efficient, lightweight, durable laptop. Great job Acer!!
