The trackpad buttons stopped working within a few months of very light use.

I liked it too much, its nice, slim & powerfull:

Light weight, great resolution, fast, and easy to use.

This laptop is quite light and fast for its low price. It keeps quiet and cool while I typed on it for hours. The only drawback is that it comes with a lot of bloated software, which may not be desirable.

As far as the computer itself - the processing speed, memory, time to boot up, lack of crashes, and overall value its a great laptop. The aluminum body is strong, and still lightweight, its a little cold however if you put it on your bare legs on a cool day! My only big problem with the laptop is the keyboard. It is backlit which is great, but the letters are so thin and small, and theres so little contrast between the white letters and the silver keys they are very hard to read. Normally when Im typing something like a letter thats not an issue, but when Im trying to peck at the keys to enter a password, it demands my full attention. Other than that Im very happy with this laptop.

Im not playing any crazy triple A games on this or anything, but for what I use it for, it works great.

After a year of light use, the computer wont turn on. Followe all the insturctions on all the forums, to no avail.

My computer started to turn off for splits of a second and it got really common so I decided to returned it to get my money back on the 3rd day of purchase. I sent it and they took over 80 dollars from original price because they check and everything look good now how do you take a picture of something like that .... you cant. So they took my money. Trust me when I say if its bad you will regret it.... later you will think on this review.... and be like I wish I would of listened. Just good luck you will need it. I bought the asus vivobook 15 with the same processor I also added a 8 gigabytes ram now I have 20gigas... way better then this.

Specs wise this laptop is a good value. But Im not happy with built quality. 2 RMAs in less then 2 months of use. Out of the box multiple keys werent working properly and now the screen has developed several dead pixels.
