Absolutely love this TIMELESS print. the blankets are excellent quality material, the print is intricate and well crafted, and the size of the blanket is generous! I cant wait to use these daily-if I can keep from hanging them on the blanket latter for decor ha!

I could rave about these blankets all day. Id never heard of them until I received one as a shower gift two years ago for our first baby - I quickly realized these blankets are one of the all-time best baby products ever invented. Absolutely ideal for so many uses: swaddling (theyre bigger than typical receiving blankets, stretchy, and so soft), burp cloths when youre in a pinch (absorbent!), a great nursing cover when its hot outside (breathable and light, but you cant see through them), stroller covers, ground covers when you want to lay baby on the grass...the list goes on and on. My now-2-year-old son is never without his; its become a security blanket, too. As others have mentioned, they wash so well - they get softer the more you wash them, and dont hold on to stains (two and a half years of daily use by a messy baby-turned-toddler, and his is still pristine white). I love giving these blankets as shower gifts for first-time moms or ladies who didnt have one with their previous babies, and hearing the inevitable raves from the new mom a few months later. :) They are absolutely perfect!!

I purchased these three years ago and Im now just writing a review. Why? Im still using them and all are holding up so extremely well. At first I purchased these as swaddling blankets/cloths and used them for changing diapers in area that had iffy surfaces out in public (Im looking at you restaurant and department store baby changer station). We have used these to sit on in the grass outside and on public park benches. My kids have used these as capes while playing superheros, and a light blanket in the hot summer months. Later they were used for tent and den making in the house - in addition to the sofa cushions, and as pretend play ghosties over the years. However, now that they have grown out of them, I use them. These are perfect for wrapping up medium-long hair after a shower, or for patting my face dry. Sure, the color has faded after three years, but all of them are in phenomenal shape considering how many washes theyve been through. Would I purchase these again - absolutely! These are also the first items I buy for other expectant moms.

These are huge! I felt crazy for splurging on blankets because it seems like thats what baby always gets as gifts! I am so glad I did! These are the 47 x 47 set and great for a nursing cover and car seat cover in the summer as well as just great breathable but cozy blanket. This size was a little to much fabric for my 7 lb 4 oz newborn to be swaddled in (however I do not claim to be the swaddle master), but youre in luck because aden + anais makes smaller ones 44x44 and 42x42 so just keep an eye out! These are a must have

I live in the desert and the summer gets HOT!! But I have kids who can’t live without blankets. So these soft, thin, cotton blankets are perfect. We use these for everything and wash them often and they hold up well. They are a teething cloth, burp cloth, we wipe the babies face with it, a nursing cover, literally everything except being used as a diaper is what we use these for and they are amazing!

I super love these pretty swaddle blanket! It’s big, feels soft and very useful. I use it for my baby as a swaddling blanket and I use it during breast pumping, very versatile! My baby and I can still use these forever! Lol! I have 6 blankets and I love to have more of these!

Have purchased these blankets for several family and friends babies. They are of the highest quality. Lightweight, soft, warm, variety of colors and prints. Great for swaddling. I worked at a baby store registry and would educate the new moms-to-be about the quality of these blankets and other items made by Aden and Anais.

These are a must-have new baby item. We use them for everything - car seat blankets, burp cloths, and swaddling! They are the perfect all-around, any-time-of-year blanket to use for babies of all ages. They are probably the safest and easiest-to-use swaddling blanket (and if you dont know how to swaddle, learn how now because it is what is helping our baby sleep through the night). For us, the pre-made swaddling contraptions (SwaddleMe, Miracle Blanket, etc) dont work because our daughter is a little Houdini and can easily break out of those. However, when we use A+A blankets and wrap her securely, she is snug as a bug and falls asleep instantly. The light-weight cotton is the safest material for a baby and makes this blanket perfect for all times of year. During the cold months we are using the blankets in conjunction with a sleep sack so baby can be swaddled and also warm. These are seriously the item we have used the most during our first 5 weeks. I freak out when they all simultaneously end up in the wash, so just ordered another set. They have been well worth the money. They will also be the item that Ill be purchasing for friends expecting a new baby. I initially thought $50 for blankets was absurd, but they are worth it.

I was hesitant to spend more money on these name brand blankets, but I am SO glad I did. My son sweats like CRAZY in the night and has since he was born. (He is now 4 months old.) I was looking for a swaddle blanket that was breathable, yet LARGE, because my son already weighs over 15 pounds. Every blanket I used was too small, and the bigger ones werent breathable, and he would sweat like crazy in them. I am in LOVE with these blankets. They are so large that they will comfortably swaddle him as he continues to grow! And they are breathable. So although I wrap him around and around multiple times, the swaddle doesnt feel thick all around him. It is fantastic. Our son never breaks out of these blankets either because we do the straight jacket swaddle technique. (Not cruel at all!) Look it up on YouTube if your baby keeps breaking out of the swaddle. I tell you, this technique is amazing! I love how easy these blankets are to wash, and I love how soft they are when they come out of the dryer. These blankets have truly been fantastic. Im REALLY glad I got four. I always have at least one to use if/when the others are in the laundry hamper. I recommend these to ALL MOMS. This is a really great product.

First of all, I will say these are great blankets...big, breathable, cute, etc. but if youve read any of the other reviews, you already know all of that. Heres what I wished I had read before I purchased: 1. If you are like me, you have no idea what the heck muslin is. Well, as they say, its a soft breathable cotton. The best way to describe it is like a cotton gauze, much like the material used in burp cloth diapers. The exception is, this is much higher quality, making it stronger than gauze, and its only 1 ply, so its more breathable than a cloth diaper. 2. This listing is confusing, because it mixes up the wraps and the blankets. If you want the larger 47x47 wraps, then go for the ones that have $49.99 listed as the list price. If you want the smaller 42x42, then go for the ones with the list price of $34.99. 3. What is so great about these blankets? I was trying to figure out why everyone was so in love with these things, and heres what Ive deduced...these are MUCH larger than other swaddling blankets, and also much thinner. So, you can wrap your baby up in a nice tight swaddle,with the blanket wrapped completely around them and under their back and they are not too bulky. If you were to have a typical swaddling blanket of the same size, by the time you wrapped up the baby, they probably wouldnt fit in the bassinet, and their head would be 4 inches off the ground. 4. You still have to have swaddling skills. This is not like a swaddleme or sleep sack swaddler. No velcro, no magic. Personally, I am a terrible swaddler and my baby was out of this blanket in 6 minutes flat the first time I used it. But Im getting better. I have no choice, since my rather large 3 month old has outgrown all of the magical swaddling options. All in all though, a nice functional set of blankets. And I have no doubt these will still be getting tons of use while the swaddlemes have long been donated away.
