AfterShokz Aeropex - Open-Ear Bluetooth Bone Conduction Sport Headphones - Sweat Resistant Wireless Earphones for Workouts and Running - Built-in Mic

I got these headphones for Christmas. They are the best headphones Ive ever had! I use them for all of my long distance runs. They allow me to hear my surroundings while still listening to music and podcasts. Theyre also great for mowing since you can wear ear plugs while still listening to music at a safe volume. Theyre also great since you can pair to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. I have them paired to my phone and my work laptop so I can take phone calls and Skype calls without having to switch devices.

Love these head phones. I have ringing in my ear and these work great over that, so much more than other headphones I have.

This is my 2nd pair of Aftershox. The first were good, these were great! I pound these things. Trail running, kayaking, biking, hiking and then I’m on the phone nonstop during work days. These things stood up to rain, sweat, bugs, more sweat, spiderwebs, being dropped, more sweat, and they sound pretty amazing. I like that I can hear ambient sounds when I’m outdoors for safety and enjoyment. Not only that, but they are comfortable. I often forget I’m wearing them. From September 20 to August 21 I probably got 3000 hours of use ( call it 5 of 11 months). But in the last few days they have gone crazy. They turn on and off by themselves, connect and disconnect, go into pairing mode, then they’re fine for a few hours, then at it again. I love these things, but I wish they lasted at least through a year.

These are great. I only really use them when I’m running or walking. Great sound but you can also hear what is going on around you. I have small ear canals so these sitting just outside on the side of my head and not jammed in my ears are perfect! Highly highly recommend!

Sound quality is great and the battery last a long time. I forget theyre on my head half the time!

Update May 14, 2021 I have had these since February 14. I use them while exercising and sweating heavily - and these are very sweat resistant, unlike the AfterShokz Air. These are GREAT! These are also perfect for the office and home office. They pair with both my smart phone and Windows laptop seamlessly. These have long battery life - all day, and quick charging. February 14, 2021 I just bought AfterShokz Aeropex bone conduction headphones from Amazon and tried them out today. I am REALLY impressed. They are light-weight and the best sounding bone conduction headphones Ive had. Bone conduction headphones are not for everyone. I love them because the ear pieces fit right in front of the ear on the cheekbone - keeping the ear opening free and so I can hear my environment. They dont sound as good as conventional headphones, especially for music. However, for podcasts and phone conversations, they are great. And a HUGE BOBUS - the Aeropex Bluetooth connects to two devices. So I have my Aeropex connected to both my cell and my laptop. Its great for Zoom/Team conferences on my laptop, phone calls on my cell, cell podcasts - without having to disconnect and reconnect my Bluetooth. Previously I had AfterShokz Air bone conduction headphones and really liked them, but they died from sweat from my workouts - I even replaced them (under warranty) twice, but sweat was a killer. The Aeropex is rated better for water resistance (and sound better). AfterShokz Aeropex is a little pricey. It comes with a two year warranty - which during the two year period I will be testing the sweat-proof features of it.

The sound has improved over iterations of models, these are not for bass heads.

When I’m working I don’t need to worry about wires and stuff like that that’s why I love these

Work GREAT for running just dont use in the noisy area as you wont hear anything from your audio

For outdoor exercise when you need to be aware of your surroundings these are optimal. I love them for running. Very comfortable and work great. For noise environments such as a gym that is already blaring music over their own sound system these dont work so well. Not really a fault of the product. Just pointing it out.
