> 3 dayThis is my 2nd pair of Aftershox. The first were good, these were great! I pound these things. Trail running, kayaking, biking, hiking and then I’m on the phone nonstop during work days. These things stood up to rain, sweat, bugs, more sweat, spiderwebs, being dropped, more sweat, and they sound pretty amazing. I like that I can hear ambient sounds when I’m outdoors for safety and enjoyment. Not only that, but they are comfortable. I often forget I’m wearing them. From September 20 to August 21 I probably got 3000 hours of use ( call it 5 of 11 months). But in the last few days they have gone crazy. They turn on and off by themselves, connect and disconnect, go into pairing mode, then they’re fine for a few hours, then at it again. I love these things, but I wish they lasted at least through a year.

> 3 dayOnly owned the Aeropex headset since May; today I tried to turn it on and it wouldnt start. Tried charging it and nothing happened (no LED). Update: Aftershokz took a warranty claim and has shipped me a new unit. Will update this review if the new unit works better than the first one did. Added a star for customer service.

> 3 dayThis is my second headset. The sound was good and I was very happy with the first headset. It developed a rattle on one side which was very annoying. The warranty seemed straight forward and they accepted the headset back with an RMA very efficiently. Over 30 days have gone by and a replacement was not sent. I bought a second headset. It does not charge anymore. The batteries are dead. The RMA process is a bit lengthy and it is impossible to talk to a person. I WILL NOT PURCHASE A THIRD HEADSET. In the meantime, I’m trying other products. I do not recommend this companies products at all.

> 3 dayHaving crashed and burned with 2 lesser quality, bone conduction headphones, I finally bit the bullet and bought these (Used/Refurbished? - via Amazon). I believe it was my own sweat and the occasional rain and drizzle that we get here in the Pacific Northwest that doomed the cheaper headphones. These headphones (Aftershokz - Aeropex) have worked flawlessly so far - even in wet conditions. Ive only been using them for 2 months (about 10 runs total), so Ill come back to this review with an update if anything changes. Also, what I learned was, because I sweat a lot when I work out and run in the rain quite a bit, I most likely need at least a level 7 for water resistance. The Aeropex has a rating of IP67 (the second digit (7) represents level of protection against water ingress). Other, cheaper headphones Ive used had a level 5 for protection from water and those never worked out. I believe water was getting in through the charging port (micro USB) of the cheaper pairs, causing them to fail. The Aeropexs magnetic charging connection appears to be completely sealed and much better designed for the elements.

> 3 dayLove your product, but when I receive the headphones, it came with two charging cables, but not the charger. Luckily I have another pair, so I could charge them. Need better quality inspection before shipping. Still love the headphones,
