Easy set up. Good sound. Light weight. I LOVE them for making calls at the office. Two small complaints: There is no noise canceling obviously as the don’t go over the ear, however onboard a commercial aircraft they are next to worthless as the engine noise in your ear overpowers the headphones on your temple. Also, they sound a little tone whenever they pick up signal from your phone or iPad. There is constantly a voice chiming on your head: “device connected”. I called the manufacturer to get a new pair. They said it is not unique to my headphones. They weren’t too thrilled when I pointed it out as a design flaw.

This is my second headset. The sound was good and I was very happy with the first headset. It developed a rattle on one side which was very annoying. The warranty seemed straight forward and they accepted the headset back with an RMA very efficiently. Over 30 days have gone by and a replacement was not sent. I bought a second headset. It does not charge anymore. The batteries are dead. The RMA process is a bit lengthy and it is impossible to talk to a person. I WILL NOT PURCHASE A THIRD HEADSET. In the meantime, I’m trying other products. I do not recommend this companies products at all.

Pretty cool. Good for listening to a book or music while not blocking out family that might be trying to talk to you or get your attention. Good for running and hearing traffic. Good for driving and hearing traffic. Not great for biking downhill or at speeds which wind makes it inaudible. Not great for listening to something in bed/leaning against something because the back is ridged and sticks out past my neck/back of my head. So if I recline it pushes into the back of my earlobes and the sound pieces get pushed out of place, making it uncomfortable and inaudible. At higher volumes the vibrations tickle my face so much that I can’t do it for very long.

Ordered item and showed up with a microphone that comes down over the mouth. Pictures were VERY misleading. I wanted the headphones not an extended microphone! Got replacement item and was sent the SAME THING again!!!! Got a refund. Lots of money to spend on a misleading item.

I have had AfterShox since they came out, they have been stellar. Granted, they are not at all the sound quality is my Shure brand inear monitor style set, but, for running around, riding bikes, and often using them on the phone they have been great. So, I decide to upgrade from my other set(s) to the Aeropex - disaster. The sound IMO might be better than the lower cost set (that I also purchased on Amazon) but not even close to my Shure (as expected). But, the two-way mode while on my phone was by far terrible compared to my prior sets of Aftershox. Simply unusable...put my old set back on, phone calls are spot on. So, no reason to waste $160 or what ever they are do downgrade after paying more for what I did not need to begin with. Plus, I like the USB charger of the old one as I have that cord in my cars, office, home office and it is easy to get - as opposed to a specific charger that I sure as heck will loose in no time.

Bought this for my boyfriend so my feedback is based on how hes sounding when were on the phone using this device. The sound is ok, but nothing to write home about. Sometimes it gets tinny, sounding like a can. And sometimes sounds like hes in tunnel. The sound quality fluctuates a lot. One thing that he likes about it is that it doesnt go into his ear. Other than that, he hopes that they can improve the sound quality.
