> 3 dayI bought this set kind of on impulse - not really carefully reading the reviews. When I received the items I thought they wouldn’t work well, the metal brush had all its “bristles” stuck together and I thought it would damage the coil. I spent about 5 minutes prying the metal bristles apart and tried it on the condenser and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked, the soft brush also did its job getting dirt out of the coil. So all of it worked perfectly and I have a very clean condenser coil now.

Greater than one weekThis came packaged well and in pristine condition. Its important that prior to using you slide the sleeve downward to free up the tines and pinch/slighly pull across in quick motions to loosen them a little. Then after cleaning your coil/condensor fins with a solution, spraying with water, you can use this tool. Start at top of bottom and only slide parallel with the fins moving in one direction at a time. If the fins are too close together this is not as effective and may tear some of the fins. Depending on the tines width and condition, this process can take awhile.

> 3 dayGreat little gadget. My unit is 20 years old. It was smashed so badly on the one side. See pic 1, the coils are completely flat, the entire side looked like that. See second pic, lots of elbow grease, a good hose cleaning and the coils are as open as i could get them. I have great airflow in my house now. Before I could barely get the unit down below 78 on a super hot day. The medal comb is stuck together at 1st, but once you work them they spread apart. I spent $148 on the AC guy telling me there was nothing he could do. Only to Google it and realized this tool is available. Less than $10 and my unit is working great.

> 3 dayWas able to fix many bent fins on my 20 year old air conditioner unit once I figured out the best way to go about using the tool. It stayed together though, and did what it was supposed to do. I straightened all the fins I could and then bought the spraying foam and cleaned the condenser unit. This thing saved us a lot of money.
