> 3 dayI found it very difficult to getting it into the coils. It bent more than it fixed. I found that an actual hair comb worked very well. Broke a 2in section off a hair comb and worked a few teeth into an area of coils. Watch some you tube videos.

> 3 dayThis came packaged well and in pristine condition. Its important that prior to using you slide the sleeve downward to free up the tines and pinch/slighly pull across in quick motions to loosen them a little. Then after cleaning your coil/condensor fins with a solution, spraying with water, you can use this tool. Start at top of bottom and only slide parallel with the fins moving in one direction at a time. If the fins are too close together this is not as effective and may tear some of the fins. Depending on the tines width and condition, this process can take awhile.

> 3 dayThe metal Brush is not good. It doesnt work well and it doesnt fix the fins it just crushes them more. The bristle brush works as it should its just a stiffish bristle brush. But the metal one is crap.

> 3 dayThis tool has come in handy a number of times to straighten out smashed window air conditioner fins. Straight fins means better air cooling, and when we use this tool to fix them, the units cool noticeably better.

> 3 dayThe metal one kept breaking so then we would trip the top of them. Then all of those little rods completely came out of the handle.
