Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

I wasnt sure how good this case would be, since Ive never tried anything from AmazonBasics before. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The My Passport fits very snugly inside the hard shell, so it will be well protected from any fall. I would definitely recommend this case for anyone who will be transporting their My Passport around frequently.

It costs a buck or two more than the Western Digital soft case but the added peace of mind from the hard sides make it worth it. I have used it daily for several months now and it still looks new.

I have three of these cases, one for each of my external Seagate Drives (1TB, 2TB, 4TB). The elastic band holds each drive in place, and the net holds the chord in place, and the zipper keeps it all closed. The case is simple, looks good, and feels like it would protect the hard drive from being dropped or things dropping on it.

She carries it around in her purse since she needs her portable drive both at school and at home and now it does not get lost or covered in muck (escaped face powder, bc powder package that was forgotten and powdered the purse, lipstick its lid sliding off in travel, etc.). Looks professional. Holds portable hard drive, cord in a netted pocket. No errors with zipper.

its a good size. the pocket is just right for holding cables. the strap side is good for holding the drive.

I bought this amazon basic external hard drive case for my Transcend hard drive. It fits perfectly. The hard drive and the cord are in safe inside. I love the material it has a good quality. The zipper is nice and close easily with no problem. No scratch and it arrives on time.
