It seems to be real quiet and blows air. Some dont and the 2 fan blade seems to be the best so far. Looking to cut use of AC. And air movement is key and this fits perfectly.

This fan is great. Does exactly what you need and you can make it taller than conventional fans. Base is super sturdy. But good grief every time you press a button it makes a beeping sound. My wife LOVES when I get hot in the middle of the night and scroll from 1 on the fan to 9 and every setting makes a nice soothing high pitched beep.

It is sooo quiet, it has a light up face, so you can see what level the fan is on, but then goes out, do the light doesn’t bother you. Did I mention 12 speeds?? I am always adjusting the speed to fit my warm/cold moods throughout the night. This gives me every option. Ladies…If you are experiencing any hot flashes, this fan is a must!!! The Amazon Basics Oscillating Dual Blade Standing Pedestal Fan was very easy to assemble - the only tool required is a screw driver to unscrew the fixing ring. The fan is whisper quiet. I like the idea of having the dual blade. I have found that the dual blade does not necessarily spread the force of the air over a wide area; instead it feels like the dual blade buffers the thrust of the wind. This fan is a very nice fan and worth the cost.

For anyone looking to disable the beeping sound here’s how to do it. Turn on the unit and then hold down the oscillating button for a few seconds, until you hear the beep. That disables the sound. Love this fan. Super quiet and powerful.
