Box was a little rough, but product performed as desired

Great processor, amazing performance and value for money. But the price has been shifting twice a day. I know its not a huge issue, but definitely leaves a poor taste when you see it for £155, can finally buy it for £165, only for it to be £155 the next day.

This is my first build. This week will packaged. Plug and play. Cane with thermal paste. Ill complete my build in a day or so. Ill update you guys if anything goes wrong. Very pleased so far.

This thing is pretty solid, all things considered. For me it was a huge upgrade and has made my pc a lot more stable and quieter overall due to less work load. I had a pretty lowish to mid end gaming pc of about 4 years prior to swapping to this cpu and a new motherboard. The included wraith fan is still not the quietest in the world but its a consistant rather than a fan that gets noticably louder over time. Granted this will not make drastic improvmemnts if you do not have a good GPU as well but my temps and load related issues are all gone. Would reccomend for a decen mid to high end 1080p gaming rig with a decent GPU.

Using this in my first gaming PC build. Its very powerful for the price (I got it for $172). My previous computer was a 2014 Macbook Pro so it was a pretty big jump in performance for me. I also use a RTX 3060 ti FE with it and I havent experienced any bottlenecks while gaming. I havent overclocked it or anything since I dont really have the need or desire for it, but Im sure it would have no problems. Cant comment on the stock cooler performance since I got an aftermarket one.
