AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

This processor has run flawlessly out of the box and maintains a boost clock of 3.9-4.2 GHz when gaming with the stock cooler with Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste. I removed the pre-applied paste from the cooler and applied a 2-3 pea size amount of Arctic Silver 5. I am writing this article with a CPU temp of 49C and it idles at 40c. My rooms temperature is 20C (69F). My case has 2 intake fans and 3 exhaust (120cfm total). When gaming with Minecraft Bedrock with Ray Tracing, my GPU is easily dumping 150 watts of heat into the case. Even so, the processor sat at around 66c. If I was flying in the game for a really long time (maxing out CPU+GPU) it sat at 77C and briefly went up to 81C. The fan is audible when it starts working hard (windows update, intense gaming scenes, loading larger applications) so that may be a problem if you have a silent build

I recently upgraded my cpu from my crappy old one in my prebuilt pc I also have a gtx 1050ti and I used to get around 50 fps on minecraft but now with this cpu in I can get over 700 and I can play vr on my pc it is definately worth it for the price

Install was as easy as it gets, installing a cpu is a little nerve racking the first time no matter which one. It handles any games I want to play and can open at LEAST 3 chrome tabs (inside joke). I play Arma 3 and with 100 players and one of the largest maps in gaming history, I get 60 FPS. Which might be based on my graphics card but this help. Things open very quickly and I’m extremely happy.

Excellent CPU

Bhe tutti ne parlano come se fosse oro ma io lo paragonerei a argento. Sicuramente come prezzo e prestazioni è molto meglio di intel ma come stabilità e temperature non è proprio così buona. Parlo del 3600 poi per quanto riguarda gli altri non so. Il dissipatore, se non volete friggere la cpu, lo potete prendere e gettare nella spazzatura. Il 3600 è una testa calda io per raffarlo ho usato un disspiatore di cryorig h5 universal e sotto stress arrivo a 75 gradi adesso non volgio pensare in estate. Apparte il piccolo difetto delle temperature le nuove schede madri x570 sono delle vere rogne. Qualsiasi scheda madre che si prenda x570 ci si ritrova ad dover combattere con problemi di bios che alcune volte diventano un problema anche per Windows 10. Sarebbe unottima cpu se fosse ottimizzata meglio.

The Ryazan 5 3600 is an all round processor can really do anything you want it to , but I had/still have problems with mine it’s keeps getting hot(up to 80°c) form just doing nothing , I was using the stock cooler at first then I wanted to see if a water cooler would make a difference sadly it didn’t , don’t know if it’s a problem with the Processor or something else

I bought this in 2019 for about £185 and its never let me down, still going strong.
