AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

Unfortunately this arrived dead wont respond to a b550 and x570 mobo, both flashed to latest bios. What a shame, I was really looking forward to getting this set up, Ive seen lots of other reviews advising Amazon warehouse employees tinkering with the goods, hope they are just rumours..

Everything runs great ,its in the top 10 processors for gaming and rightfully so. Problem is ,the all core boost on stock cooler is a very bad combination. So if youre getting this cpu get a aftermarket cooler or take off all core boost in the bios. With all core boost being off it brings in sometimes 15-20 C less heat. But for gamers , definitely but an aftermarket cooler to get better frequencies and temps.

I am not using it for gaming but heavy photo and video editing as well as coding with MS Visual Studio. Everything is working as I had hoped.

Works great. Easily over clocked with Ryzen Master. Mainly use it for everyday computing and emulation. Emulates switch, ps3, xbox, nes, etc… without any issues.

Im running the ASUS B550-F mobo with the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core - 32GB RAM with Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon Kernel 5.4.0-110-generic on a 2TB SATA Drive and it totally blows anything Intel out of the water.

Super processeur performance très élevé par rapport à mon ancien R5 3500X je ne regrette pas de l’avoir acheté 220€ en état très bon.

J’ai commandé ce processeur mercredi. Il est arrivé jeudi mais avec un trou dans le carton de livraison. Quand je déballe je vois que la boîte a subi un choque côté gauche dans le coin. Quand j’ouvre la boîte pour voir le produit. 4 pin sont tordu ( trop petit pour les prendre en photo) donc processeur inutilisable. Maintenant il n’est plus en stock jusqu’au 10 février. Donc je suis soit obligé d’attendre 2 semaine environ, ou alors rajouter 80 euro pour acheté la game d’au dessus
