AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Processor with Wraith Spire LED Cooler - YD2700BBAFBOX

Realy impressed with the speed, stability, and compatiblity. I installed this on an ASUS Prime X470-Pro motherboard, along with Ram from the QVL (Qualified Vendors List) and the system came right up and has worked perfectly. Speed wise, I have a compile job that take about 5.5 minutes on an Intel Core i7 quad core and that same job runs in about 30 seconds on this Ryzen 2700.

Got this a few years ago and havent regretted a thing since. 8 beefy cores give you a lot more than Bulldozer could have ever dreamed of. Still holds a candle to Intels entry-high-level offerings.

Amazing processor for its price! Not the best out there but it works wonders on content creation.

They were selling this cpu used but it actually look like it was never used, I really like it.

I had planned to get the slightly more expensive 2700x version, but Amazon for some unexplained reason canceled my order for that part, so I purchased the 2700 version. It was up and running today. This would make me think twice about building a computer with parts ordered from amazon.

Sometimes it felt unstable and I did have to submit a warranty claim on the first one I got with AMD since it was DOA. I ended up upgrading shortly after to a i9 10850K since I decided I wanted something with more power and stability. I still have this in a second computer though.

I am happy with it especially cause its the first time am building a pc . Not much to say apart from when it comes to x86 enconding for streaming or recording gameplay its perfect for me.

Fast CPU widow10 starts much faster.

The chip I replaced is slower, well at least on paper. When I installed this it made the computer much slower
