AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

This is a speed demon! No buyers remorse here. The cooler that comes with it looks sturdy...big enough to cool the CPU, but I always run a tower cooler on CPUs because Im a cooler freak. My system is stable and Ive had no problems after two months with the new rig.

Stock cooler works, but what I find more impressive is given the right cooling it boosts higher than expected. I got 4.4Ghz on highest core and 4.2Ghz all cores just from it boosting (250mm AIO)

OK so, before 50 min avi recode took 13 minutes to mp4 - now I did one in less than a minute. CPU didnt even break a sweat. Enough said

Its been great for production and gaming.

This thing runs well, and at expected temps and speed. However, the included cooler, although pretty, is louder than my PS4. Holy cow. Even at mid 60s it is running full blast and I can hear it from the other side of town it seems. Definitely investing in a quieter cooler.

Cpu ottima molto potente abbinata ad una rx 5700 e scheda madre x570 e RAM a 3733 riesce a tenere tranquillamente gli fps al di sopra dei 100 con bf 5 in full hd dettagli ultra dissipatore RGB molto bello da vedere e temperature buone che dire non credo di pentirmene

More than sufficient for a high end gaming rig. Runs cool, quiet and very fast. Other components of course need to be high end to get the best out of this CPU.

Sostituendo un 4770k 4.3Ghz con il 3800x e ram hyperx predator 3200mhz CL16 16-18-18-36 e usandolo un paio di giorni ero gia più ché contento del aquisto e notata subito la differenza nella fluidità dei giochi, caricamenti e uso quotidiano di windows mentre prima avevo sempre i microstutter. Ché dire, un altra esperienza e con un altro po di fortuna sono riuscito a farlo andare 4.3Ghz con voltaggio a 1.200V in confron ai 1.352V stock. In fine, la cpu e stabile e potente e nei giochi e resta abbastanza fredda intorno ai 80 gradi sotto stress se abbinato con un sistema di raffreddamento adeguato come dark rock pro 4.
