> 3 dayInstalling was straight forward and very easy. Took about 20 minutes to install. Makes getting in and out of the bed a whole lot better especially on a 4x4 truck. There are other brands on the market but AMP came highly recommended by my dealership.

> 3 dayI installed this bumper step on our 2012 Ram 3500, with dual rear wheels, truck. Installation was very easy, as I had all the tools required; a torque wrench is required to ensure the four mounting bolts, and the three step bolts, are properly tightened, without being overly torqued. I took my time, double checking each step, and it took me an hour to install the step. All components seem to be made of high quality materials, are well made, and very well designed. All parts fit together perfectly. Once installed, the step is unobtrusive, yet easy to deploy and retract, with just a slight touch of ones foot. It feels solid and easily holds my weight. (I weigh just over two hundred pounds.) It doesnt shake or wobble, either stepping onto or off of it. As for its intended use, it makes getting into, and out of, the bed of our truck much, much easier, especially since it is a 3500 and the bumper, as well as the bed of the truck, are so high off the ground. I stand approximately 5 10 tall and I either had to jump onto the tailgate or roll onto it, when it was down, in order to get into the bed of the truck. Getting out of the truck required me to jump off the tailgate; eventually I was going to misjudge the landing and hurt myself. Now that the step is installed, I can easily, and safely, enter and exit the bed of the truck, as well maintain my dignity while doing so! If you are debating getting this, then you have already determined you need it, so stop stalling and get it; you wont be disappointed.

> 3 dayI love the concept. Don’t really love the fit on my truck. It looks crooked when closed and sticks out at an odd angle. The instructions are a bit lacking.

> 3 dayThis is a great product, our new truck was so high that we had to find something to make getting into the bed of the truck easier. It came in a timely fashion. Was a breeze to install. And we have had several people asking us where we got it. Simple to use. Just push down with your foot or hand. Climb in and out. Then push back up with your foot or hand.

> 3 dayAfter trying to get into my new 3500 pickup bed for the first time, I did some research and found this bed step by Amp Research. Got great reviews on Amazon, and also on truck forums. Have to put it together, and after that install is 2 bolts (they replace factory bolts that hold part of bumper on). Seems good quality. Only drawback is the price. Paid $200 for this. Had to ding it a star for that. There is a competitor product made by Bestop called the TrekStep and that was about $30 cheaper, but I went for the Amp Research because it seems like they came up with the idea first. Simple to get up into the bed of the truck now. Good buy, but should be less expensive.

> 3 dayWhile expensive, it is worth the cost to me. I recently switched from a RAM 1500 to a 2500. The added height of the bed made getting in and out as well as just leaning over to move things around very difficult. The BedStep was easy to install and works as advertised. Very sturdy when deployed and the vertical position when down is a near perfect height for me. Pops up to storage position very easily. Very satisfied with the product.

> 3 dayBought this because I tired of having to use my tire or a step stool to climb into my 2017 RAM 2500 pickup bed. This makes it exponentially easier. Worth the money, tucks away neatly and is fully usable when the tailgate is down (unlike a hitch step). Three of my friends liked my AMP BedStep so much - they bought one for their truck.

> 3 dayFits great and blends into my black truck well enough you almost forget it is there. Took longer to take the inner bumper brace off than to install the step. Only think I personally dont care for is how close it tucks in makes it hard to catch with you foot if you wearing anything beyond sneakers.
