This product advises to use the entire bag every time you take a bath. What?! That’s honestly insulting. I hate when products tell you to overuse their product simply because it won’t kill you. Am I supposed to spend all this money every single time I take a bath?. It’s just insane.

These flakes dissolve easily in warm water. A twenty to thirty minute soak relieves my aches and pains better than Epsom salts. I’ve been using this for a couple of years for significant arthritis pain with positive results.
