Easy product to use and it seems to help with relaxation. Be careful not to spill them on your floor though!!

I use Ancient Minerals flakes often to soak my legs/feet, as I get cramps with prolonged standing or walking. This really is the best solution I have found to keep the cramps at bay.

This product advises to use the entire bag every time you take a bath. What?! That’s honestly insulting. I hate when products tell you to overuse their product simply because it won’t kill you. Am I supposed to spend all this money every single time I take a bath?. It’s just insane.

Really good for soaking your body after lifting weights or a hard workout. You get a huge bag of this stuff for a low price! Most multivits don’t contain a lot of magnesium, and most foods aren’t packed with magnesium either. Great way to get more magnesium in your life if deficient… very calming effect!

My son is an athlete and loves using the crystals in his bath. Magnesium is great for recover.

When you put your body in hot water with this, your body will be warm for a while. The water turns into like a hot spring. I will definitely put this in my bathtub when I fill it with hot water. When I was pregnant, my legs would cramp up in the middle of the night, but when I got into the hot water with this in it, my legs didnt cramp up, and they didnt hurt either!

These are great for muscle cramps,tired ache muscles. If youre allergic to sulfa this is the soak your looking for. Works great.
