Anti-theft Classic Essential Messenger Bag, Nutmeg

I just bought my 3rd one of these. My first one was years ago and I gave it to my mother-in-law after she got mugged. I ordered a replacement and carried it for years until I blew out a zipper. So I’m on my 3rd one. But Travelon obviously redesigned it. It is missing the 2 pen slots. There used to be 3 slip pockets inside and now there’s only 2. I guess shrinkflation has hit Travelon like other companies. I am disappointed.

Used this on my trip to New York City. Was the perfect size for walking all over the city. Carried everything needed and the clips on the zipper were perfect for attaching small purchase bags. Very good quality zippers, lining and material.

Purchased for a long trip I was taking. Loved all the compartments to keep everything organized. It is a good size -- not too compact to fit all your travel necessities but small enough that it is easy to carry without feeling weighed down. Really excited to have this bag for future travels as well.

Really surprised, wasn’t sure what to expect with anti-slash proof, but I am enjoying my the extra security features, and it is the perfect size for when I go out, travel, etc.

This bag is good, but it wasn’t quite the size and dimensions I was expecting. I took it on a trip and I found it smaller and more cumbersome than I had anticipated. Basically, when they say it can hold a tablet, they mean that and maybe a small wallet.

I have had spinal surgery and cannot tolerate a bag carried over my shoulder, so I folded this strap over a couple of times and secured it with cable ties. Those scratched my arm where they were cut, so I glued some door stop ends on, and its perfect. Maybe a bag could be made to carry on the arm without all of the rigging I did. Im glad I was able to convert it. I love everything about this bag. There are plenty of pockets for my needs, and I love that it wipes clean so easily. Great value!

This is an awesome travel purse! It holds all my essentials and keeps my important documents and money safe. Plus it’s very comfortable to carry!

I bought this for my sister as part of a travel safety kit I made for her before she went on a month long backpacking excursion through Europe.

Needed a small bag for trip and this worked very well. Big enough to hold a water bottle and essentials for the day.
