I love these. Took a second to put on and is a great alternative to stock.

They seem to work, I didn’t like the blue cap I had before, black is better.

the nozzle opening isnt a snug fit/too large and there is an extra opening on one side near the heater and another opposite of it for the leads for the heater and thermistor that arent lined up. i dont have other brands of machines to be able to say if it fits the ones described above. hth

Good to have an extra one or two of these around, because if you have a bad clog, its going to get torn up when replacing the nozzle.

Finally! It was harder than it should be to find a correct fitting silicone sock for my cr10 v3 and cr10s but these are the ones. Absolutely perfect fit.

Item is not like the OEM thermal boot for the Ender. The purpose of the boot is to cover the hot end a reduce heat loss. This product (show in yellow) does not cover the extruder nozzle and has an unnecessary cut out on the side. Both result in unnecessary heat loss in place where ever degree is necessary for proper extruder performance. Amazon should unlist this item. .

Ive tried a few different silicone socks that were either included with my Ender 3 or came from other sources (including the bright blue one included with the Micro-Swiss hot end) and these fit perfectly with both my heater block and the various nozzles Ive used. Compared to some of the other socks Ive gotten, this one seems to fit just right over the top of the heater block while others seem a touch too short.

I ordered these, not sure if I would like or prefer them. I love them now. The look nice, control temps better, and insulate better as well. I dont think I will ever go back to anything else.

I feel like this sock is backwards to how I would want it to be. I tried finding a better match to my exact hotend but this was the best one. This is on a Monoprice Maker Ultimate 2 printer. My printer may be a littler weird, Im not sure. I would have expected the heater to pop out of the little slot instead of the giant open hole side. This was the only way the sock would fit for me though. I didnt like how loose the sock was so I added some wire ties to hold it on there. The way they are set up on there they will not touch anything but the silicone. I took a 8 gauge copper wire and unbraided it and then twisted 2 strands together to make the ties. Install for me was super easy but my printer can drop the hotend very fast. Just dont forget to remove the filament first or you will be like me and need to wait for a heat cycle first.
