APC Surge Protector, White Power Strip PH8W, 2160 Joules, Flat Plug, 8 Outlet Power Strip

All in all, the design is great, and the performance is fine... with two exceptions: The power switch and the cable. Both are prone to being switched off or pulled at more easily/accidentally than any other surge strip Ive owned. The switch could use more resistance and/or be further “made flush” into the body of the surge strip, and the plug should not be angled like it is. 3 stars. Still, at ~ US$15, it’s a easy and cheap way to get reliable surge protection and more outlets for the devices in your space.

Great product! APC is known for high quality products and this surge protector is no exception. I love that it has the low profile plug that sits flat in the outlet, wish that the cord came out and down from the plug instead of at an angle to the right. The spacing between plugs on the surge protector is perfect and allows multiple bigger ac adapters to be plugged in next to smaller plugs. Overall a great product that’s worth the money.

This was a very nice surge protector they want $40 at Home Depot this was only $21 it was a great by would repurchase again

Reasonable number of outlets in a compact form factor, with USB charger ports too. Nice thin form factor too. Only down-side is that the LEDs are *bright*. You could use them as a night light in a bedroom, or cover them with electrical tape to black them out. In my home office its not an issue, but something to know about in a dorm room, etc.

The design of this surge protector is top notch. Very easy to connect anything, and the flat plug is does not stick out far from the wall. The light is green which is more pleasant than red or blue, but I still covered it up with black tape. No need to have a room glowing at night. Overal, a great product.

Bought 2 for 10$ a pop. Then Bought a bigger one because I needed more plug ins on my one side of the room. So I gave one to my old man. He likes it so I’m happy

Just what I needed for the home office. The cord is long enough for my stand/sit desk. Only complaint is that the power light is a bit too bright.

I bought this to replace an old 6-outlet surge protector and am very happy with the purchase.

I cannot vouch for its Effectiveness because we did not have a significant power surge or outage since I purchased this. Hopefully it acts and responds is Good As It Seems

I had my PS5 get struck by lightning so I’m paranoid about what I’m plugging anything into anymore. I bought one of these from micro center that has like two more slots for $65. Clearly got overcharged. But still, if it’s guaranteed to cover it, then I need it.
