Works well, feels high quality for a power strip, the lights can be a little bright at night, but they are upward facing and separate from the switch so covering them with some electrical tape wouldn’t be a hassle.

The great quality and features are why I keep buying APC power strips. Theyre reliable and last forever.

Have had this for several months now, have spilled hot cocoa on it, a smoothie, and it is still doing its job. Lots of space and convenience, and the plug areas are well spaced out, so you can get in to plug and unplug even with bigger hands. Good value for the money.

I like that it is nice looking, works as it is supposed to, and has enough outlets for me to plug in appliances without having to unplug others.

This is a great power strip. I bought it to power my entertainment system where my TV, Playstation 4, Soundbar and Fire Stick are plugged into this surge. I was able to use the mounting holes on the back of the strip to mount it to the wall behind the television for a super clean hidden wire install. I especially like the sideways plugs that allow me to plug in power bricks without losing an outlet in the process. The USB charging ports are nice since I am able to power my Fire TV.

I bought this mainly to reheat my eva dry as if you use a normal surge protect you can only plug in ONE.. with this you can plug in 2 lays flat nicely, extra long cord.. Great product! Also good for when you need to plug in behind a bed, dresser etc.. the longer cord makes it really useful

Overall, I have a lot of confidence in the APC reputation. Their power related products all have great build quality and thoughtfulness behind it. This particular surge protector (8 outlets) is both thin and long and takes up very minimal space. The 6 foot power cord is also a good feature to have as it allows for various placements for different use cases. My only complaint about this surge protector is that it doesnt have built in slide covers to protect the outlets that arent in use. Ive appreciated this feature on other surge protector vendors like Belkin which help to protect against the household spills of liquid that happen from time to time within a household. I also somewhat wish that the on/off switch were on the side of the surge protector to prevent it from accidentally being switched on/off; I feel its a little more difficult to accidentally switch a surge protector on/off when the switch is on the side of the surge protector. just my opinion.

I bought two of these (PH8). They protected all my equipment through a blown transformer recently. Others in my neighborhood have damaged equipment and are trying to sue the power company now. Meanwhile, my stuff is fine and after 5 minutes of APC chat support, they are shipping me a replacement for one of them that wouldn’t turn on after the incident. I enthusiastically give it 5 stars for working like they should, and would give 5 more for backing the lifetime warranty.
