API REPLACEMENT TEST TUBES WITH CAPS For Any Aquarium Test Kit Including API Freshwater Master Test Kit 24-Count Box

I bought them to test my aquarium water. Just what I needed!!

The glass is really clear (not cloudy like some other brands) and its great that the level line is marked off (makes measuring the amount for water tests super foolproof). I also bought some cheap plastic pipettes so that I disturb the tanks as little as possible, but more so because its really easy to fill up these tubes to the line with the precision of a pipette. The caps fit snugly and Im never worried about any leakage while shaking up the chemicals with the water during testing. To clean, I just run it through some warm water after Im finished with the testing and the tubes are as good as new again. Great product and I love testing my aquariums water quality with this more precise method.

I got these extra API Test Tubes because I have 3 tanks to do water tests. All 24 pieces of tubes are intact. Non are broken from the delivery. One downfall I noticed is one new tube I used lightly leaks from shacking the tube. That’s why I have extras! Overall, they are worth it!

These are the exact same test tubes that come in the API Freshwater Master Test Kit. I broke two of the tubes that came with the master test kit within the first week and bought these to replace them with. Now that I know I have replacements I havent broken any more, go figure.

These are a must when youre constantly testing aquarium water for different things daily. I dont like how fragile they are, so kits like this one are a must because the tubes easily break.

First, I hate that you have to buy a package this big. I wish they made smaller packages with maybe 4-5 tubes instead of 24. This was packaged very poorly. It was thrown into a huge box with some fish food I had purchased and had 1, I repeat ONE, air packet protecting the product. 3 out of 24 of the tubes were broken and there was glass all over the box. If I had received 20 or less I would have sent it back. Over all the test tubes are clean and the caps are very snug. I use these with my API master test kit. I suppose I will order again if I ever need to.

These are the exact same tubes that come with the testing kit, which is what I wanted. I was happy to see that. In general, I think these tubes are kind of delicate, but I think my expectations of them are too high. They probably shouldnt survive a fall from the counter onto tile ;) But the tip-over on the counter itself broke one and annoyed me. But I bought a test tube rack, so I think Im good now. Shouldnt have any fall again :)

I am glad that I ordered these. I have the API mater test kit for Fresh Water and I dislike running out of test tubes. This solves that problem. Now I can wash them all at once and be ready to go. The lids are nice and tight on the tube so that I dont spill while shaking the solutions. They are durable and I can tell that they will last a really long time.

I love these. Ive broken so many by dropping them on a tile floor and decided to buy this instead of more test kits and it was absolutely worth it. You should pick up the test tube rack as well because that makes doing water tests all that easier. You can also test your pool with it too if you want. I do just because I can. Two different tests are better than one right?
