> 3 dayThis air compressor works really well. It puts out a lot of air really quickly. I use it on my 4x4 rig to run my ARB air lockers and to air up my tires. It draws a lot of power, so don’t use it for extended periods of time with the truck off. But other than that it’s perfect.

> 3 dayOrdered this from a warehouse deal as new in original box. Even had the inspection sticker on it from Amazon that it was all there. Parts were missing (air filters, switch, brackets, the instructions, and wire harness was cut and spliced, scratches all over the compressor). Needless to say it wasnt in like new condition and had been Installed and then thrown back in the box. I know its not ARBs fault but come on Amazon, do a thorough inspection before you put it back on the shelf. The person that bought it before me basically stole a bunch of parts and through it back in there. The only reason for three stars is because ARB compressors are great and the product itself deserves five stars.

> 3 dayWhere you been all my off roading life !!! With the 4 tire inflation system I make. And the twin compressor w/ 1 gallon ARB air tank. It take 7 to 8 minutes to air up all 4 - 35 tires from 10psi to 38psi. Worth every penny

Greater than one weekThe compressor seems nice I’ve only been able to bench test it do to a faulty wiring harness I recieved, sadly was only found out once all the wires were ran and compressor was mounted. Amazon will only let me send the whole thing in and not just the harness, lucky me the harness alone is 83$! Wish I could contact actual seller and yes double checked all wiring and tested fuse and relay both read proper on a multimeter!

> 3 dayI dont understand the less than 5 star reviews. This is the best small compressor unit out there; nothing else comes close. It has a fan and a 100% duty cycle. I have mine mounted under the passenger seat of my Jeep and use it primarily to air up tires (with smaller compressor it takes a while to air up a 40 tire!). I also have it tied into my air locker manifold and can operate the lockers also. I recommend plumbing this into separate tank of 1 to 2 gallons. That way when moving from tire to tire it will keep running and build up air in the tank. The compressor shuts off at 150 and starts when the air pressure drops below 130. If you do not need that kind of pressure ARB also sells a 70/100 switch. It is imperative that you wire this properly as it draws a heavy current - each motor has its own 40 Amp fuse. I needed longer wires to mount it where I did and used a few ft of 8 Gauge wire. This is not a kit and is just the bare compressor and wiring. You will need to rig up a discharge line, quick coupler and hose to put it to use. I also like the fact that it is built in Australia and not China.

> 3 dayGreat little pump. The wiring harness ended up being a 6 hour battle before I finally tore it back out from my install. End up having a broken ground wire in the harness. Rewired the entire system using only the necessary parts and it worked as it should.

19-11-2024First, if I could give it 6 stars, I would. Before the nitty gritty details get fleshed out, you will love this compressor. Set up: it is very important to spend time to choose a location in/on your vehicle that is cool and within your skill set. If you choose the rear of your vehicle you will need large Guage battery wire to add onto the supplied wire (which is more than long enough for installation in the engine bay). If you choose to run the switch into your dash you will need to prepare, find two connections (an ignition source and power source). This means you need to have adequate skills to run wires through the firewall, find and splice wires, and cut an opening to mount the switch. Do yourself a favor: be prepared with a plan before you begin installation. Connections: I chose to keep the switch and all components in the engine bay, as seen in the picture. That said, Jeeps have gigantic engine bays. I used a fuse add a circuit. It cost $10 at Autozone and it took about 3 minutes to connect. I would recommend the same approach if you choose to install into the dash, it is that easy. Mechanical connections; it comes with all you need to set up but you will to buy the specific pieces you need for your setup (again, PLAN ahead). Use: I have 31 tires. It took me longer to let air out than the compressor did to inflate them. I aired down to 10psi then inflated to 45psi, it was done in about 10 minutes. Get yourself a Guage pressure tool and you will cut at least 1 minute off. In that ten minutes the compressor reached a few hundred degrees ( I know because I accidently touched it, big dummy). So, again, find a cool and open location. I am seriously amazed. The finished installation runs around $300, depending on your custom setup. For an inexpensive option this tool is well built and performs its given function quite well. I want one for each of my other vehicles. Buy it, NOW.
