It does what its supposed to. Seems like good quality. Sturdy. Very smooth wheels, which I like.

Other than that it’s a nice suitcase, but would not recommend if you don’t want to buy a new suitcase every 6 months. Will update review based on customer service experience.

I am so glad that I made this purchase. I shopped around for prices to make sure I was getting the best deal.

Initially I did not pay attention that this suitcase does not have the rubber bumpers when using the handle on the side when setting the suitcase down. It is something to think about when purchasing this. Will be using the suitcase soon but it is very light and very spacious than my 24 carry-on. So far it seems solid. Will be using it soon. Im hoping it will hold up.

Well this bag seems small at first it packs plenty of features! Everything about this bag is high-quality. The version they sent me also has a TSA lock! I’m not sure if this is a new feature but it was not advertised. Bonus!

The zipper on the interior of the large bag broke within a week of use making the bag almost unusable since when you open it every thing now falls out of the clamshell compartment. The smaller bag seems to be holding up. We have another week of travel so we will see. The outside of the bags are durable and it protects the contents but maybe invest in another style of bag instead of the clamshell if you want to use this brand.

I travel a fair amount, and Ive have had many different luggage brands and styles over the years-- expensive and inexpensive. Im a big fan or these polycarbonate hard shell spinners from Travelers Choice. (I have their Tasmania luggage set too). They hold up well, perform good, and look fantastic. They are not the cheapest on the market, but they are not close to the most expensive brands either. I would say stop your search and get this suitcase. You cant do much better.

i like the material as it feels nice and durable and the wheels are amazing. My previous ones wheels got shredded but this one has been in mint condition after multiple uses. Its a bit pricey in my opinion but its great.

I loved these for the price, size and at first loved quality of the suitcases. I’ve mostly just used the carry on and was excited for the multiple pockets and ease of the hard-shell for traveling. However, after only 2 uses (with not much in them), the inner lining zipper would get caught on itself and ends up easily coming undone. I should have contacted seller right away but did not and continued use, now only after 5 uses the zipper has come away from it completely and am unable to fix, so that pocket is now useless. I really wanted to love these but now feel I’ve wasted my money and wishing there is a way to contact seller or fix the zipper, because otherwise I loved them!
