> 3 dayMy first time using Arches Rough paper. I love it. I like the absorbency, feel, and performance of the paper. It is higher end and the value is more, but if you want to improve you have to paint on better paper. There is no compromise.

> 3 dayAs far as value and quality: the best!!! It is always a great choice! For beginners again Arches is wonderful. However, it is on the pricey side and I like having a variety of watercolor paper for practice.

Greater than one weekThought Id give this a try....Unfortunately for me, this watercolor paper is a bit too rough...just wanted to give it a try...Will try some other techniques on this rough paper to see how it handles different degrees of wetness.
