I used this stuff to repaste the CPU in a Toshiba Satellite (L505D-S5983 model, if youre interested) laptop I was repairing for a friend. I stress-tested the laptop for 6 hours with the stock CPU paste and again for 6 hours with the Arctic Silver 5 Compound, gathering data from both tests.

Best thermal paste you can get imho. It does a great job, and spreads heat exactly like youd expect it to. Its the only brand of paste Id buy, or recommend. You get enough in the tube to do several jobs. Well worth the money.

Dont forget about this little thing! This is one thing that you dont want to forget about before starting up your latest build. Its a pretty good price for it being brand name.

For 8 dollars its worth it. It has enough to cover several CPUs. The size is about the length of an average mans thumb.
