> 3 dayI go through a lot of this. Arctic silver works well, is very easy to apply, and works a lot better than the cheaper thermal paste out there. Depending on what kind of processor you use it on, the large 12g tube lasts quite awhile. If youre only doing a few computers, itd probably best to get the smaller size, although as far as I can tell, it never goes bad, I have some tubes Ive had for 5+ years, and it seems a little thicker (maybe it was a different formula?) but works great just the same.

> 3 dayIf I buy something electrical with heatsinks I pretty much always replace it with this stuff as everything usually comes with the crappy white thermal grease on it. Every little bit helps and Arctic silver is one of the best.

> 3 dayI was looking for Zalman and Noctua coolers as I was experiencing overheating but I did run out of this stuff here as well in the process of testing different CPU on different motherboards. Well, I realized I should be using big cheap paste for testing purposes and I found a Cooler master white paste for $10 but for normal use I noticed everyone is talking Arctic MX-4 and the fact it is electrically non conductive too. I got to one inch of buying it but I had no reason to abandon Arctic Silver 5, after so many years it was a good friend who did not let me down. It is like your favorite beer, you get attached to.
