> 3 dayThe paint was scuffed off on all 3 of them when they arrived. I didnt care much though as nobody is going to be climbing that high up to inspect around the base of something screwed onto a wall. They seem to hold the Arlo Pro 2 pretty well and are fairly easy to manipulate. I do wish it came with a small template for drilling the holes instead of having to make my own. The screws they give with the unit are TRASH. Do NOT use them.

> 3 dayIn my previous comment (see comments for the two-camera kit), I explained how I change the sensitivity for motion detection and the length of the video clips. In this comment, Im going to mention that logging into My Arlo and then clicking on Mode allows me to change the rules to govern the hub. It is the hub that controls the turning on and off of the camera.

> 3 dayI have two of these mounts. Both are outside in the humid South Florida weather, but are under an eve and therefore out of direct rain. Ive only had them installed for a week, so I cant talk about longevity or rust, but I can say they are very solid. I screwed them into my house using drywall screws, and then used white caulking to cover the black screw heads. Im pretty sure I could literally hang off of them now. Some others said they were hard to adjust, but I had zero problems with adjustment or lock-down. My only concern, and its not a huge deal, is that the plastic lock nut that you screw on to stop the camera from turning is pretty pathetic. It doesnt stop the camera from turning at all, really. I may change this out knurled brass 1/4-20 nut so it can be locked down securely and wont rust onto the mounting stud. For the money Netgear charges for these things, I kind of expected something more secure than a stupid plastic piece that does little to nothing. One star off for the locking nut, but otherwise its a great mount.

> 3 dayAll threads should have been a bit longer. Relying on the tightening plastic nut doesnt give me a warm fuzzy when installed at heights. Great product otherwise.
