The scent is overpowering, but it seems to knock out the litter box smell. The scent is a soapy smell (to my nose), but the cats don’t seem to mind it.

This does the trick. I have 2 cats and this works to stop the odors. I dont use any other products to get rid of box odors and I like the scent.

Previously left review below. Now updating after my dog left her area 3 times in a week, though I reset boundaries and tested each day. She never left the yard with her old collar. I thought this one was an upgrade but apparently it was not! I returned for a refund after trying it for almost a month. The contacts fall off easily, though I tighten them daily. Weve now lost three of the four so my dog is now wearing her old collar from a different company... I left the seller feedback and asked for information on how to get more contacts. We will see....

Aside from trying different types of cat litter to control litter box odor in a multi-cat household, Ive come to rely on this Arm & Hammer product. It works well and my cats seem to like it being used whenever I clean their litter boxes (slide and clump from Arm & Hammer).
