> 3 dayI am always worried when our dog leaves the yard and doesn’t come back for hours. Is there any convenient device that can tackle the issue?I shared my concern with my aunt, who gave excellent suggestions to solve the problem. She advised me to purchase this GPS dog fence. After going through the users manual, it was easy to fix the boundaries and the centering. As recommended, I started the training process. Video instruction is a lifesaver.I got 10 boundary flags to mark the rounded limits of the yard. As per instruction, it has a radius of up to 1000 yards, which more than enough for our yard. The minimal possible radius is 33 yards. Warning system starts to beep when the dog reaches close to the boundary and after crossing it. Here the catch is that you need to train the dog to respond to the warning signal. So, a trained dog can understand the signal, and it will turn back to its boundary limit. Before you start using the product with your dog, you need to train the dog to understand the purpose of the beep and how the dog needs to respond to the signal. The training requires 1-2 weeks until your dog acquaints with training. Video training instruction was super helpful! What makes it user-friendly is its automatic memory. The GPS-enabled system can memorize the last setting parameters of the safety radius and center point, which is super convenient. I strongly recommend the product.

> 3 dayBought this item Friday and it arrived Sunday. The packaging was minimal and easy to follow instructions. The training device and remote both have rechargeable batteries, it takes two hours each and everything is included. The device has three options to choose from for training- beeps, vibrate, and shock with a 1 to 9 intensity level. It comes with two sizes for the contact points. I have a thick haired 6 month old Alaskan Malamute and unfortunately he did not respond to any of the levels of vibration or shock. Our shorter haired dog would respond but isnt the one that needs it. I would highly recommend this product for shorter haired dogs. It was a great price and very easy to use.

22-11-2024Purchased this product for additional training for 8 month old puppy. We dont have a fenced in yard and this has been beneficial in helping her learn her boundaries. She also has a bad habit of cleaning up after her big brothers and this collar is helping to curb that craving. I love that this collar has the three training options with the tone, the vibrate and the shock and the different intensity level offered. She is learning very quickly and we have not even used the shock level. Also with the 2 channels, theres opportunity to train two dogs with the same remote.

> 3 dayRecently, we purchased a GPS containment system to help keep our rambunctious lab mix named Zeus safely within the bounds of our property. After using the system for several weeks, I would say that the product is effective, but you need to learn how to use it properly. On the positive side, the GPS containment system does provide a sense of security and peace of mind, as I know that Zeus is being monitored and prevented from straying too far from home. It was relatively easy to set up and activate. However, there were some downsides to the system as well. In particular, after several days of using I found that it worked inconsistently, which caused some frustration for my dog. It is impossible to train the dog if the collar beeps randomly. However, after resetting the center point of the system, it began to work well, and I no longer experienced any issues with it. I noticed the company also makes such recommendation to reset the center point every 4-5 days, and it really helps to remove any inconsistencies. So just reset it every several days and will work amazingly. Overall, I would recommend the GPS containment system to other pet owners who are looking for a way to keep their dogs safe and secure. While there may be some initial challenges with setting up and using the system, it ultimately provides a valuable tool for monitoring your pets location and preventing them from wandering too far from home.
